First Course - Chiang Mai "Laab" Chicken Nuggets with Pickled Cabbage

Second Course - Mixed Seafood Pad Kee Mao - spicy "drunken noodles" with crab, prawns, mussels and calamari

Third Course - Coconut Goat Cheese Cheesecake, Thai Tea Poached Pear, Toasted coconut flakes

 

Instructions

First Course - Reheat Instructions: Bake chicken nuggets at 350 degrees for about 7 to 10 minutes or until heated through. Enjoy with sauce.

Second Course - Reheat Instructions: Add oil to hot pan. Carefully add noodles with the seafood and saute until softened with a bit of caramelization. Once the noodles are ready to eat, garnish with pickled young peppercorn and enjoy!
