Green Curry Fried Rice

 

Instructions

Young Coconut & King Mushroom Tom Yum - microwave on a high heat for about 2 minutes or in a soup pot and bring everything to a boil. Please don't boil too long: the soup contains lime and it can turn bitter. 

Crispy Jumbo Soft Shell Crab + Peanut & Cucumber Sweet Chili Relish - reheat only the soft shell crab in a microwave on a high heat for about two minutes or, if you would like it crispy, place in a 250F oven for about 10 minutes.  

Green Curry Fried Rice - microwave on a high heat for about 2 minutes or in a pan. Set a saute pan up on a medium high heat, drizzle about 1 tablespoon vegetable or coconut oil and refry the rice until well heated - about 3 minutes. Garnish with the crispy herbs and enjoy. 

 Notes:

-The crispy herbs in the pack are for garnish and do not need to be reheated

-In Thai culture, we serve all dishes at the same time and take a bite of everything together. For example, spoonfuls of soup are meant to help transfer rice into the digestive system. There is no need to separate the dishes into courses.
