MEADOWSWEET Supper Club Menu
First Course - Spring pea soup - truffle, creme fraiche & fresh herbs
Second Course - Roasted chicken breast - white asparagus, hen of the woods, escarole, spring onion, miso chicken broth & sesame-chile oil
Third Course - Flourless Chocolate Cake - cocoa crunch, caramel, coconut anglaise
First Course - This soup can either be enjoyed chilled or warmed on the range or microwave. It is best not to over heat this soup, so 30 seconds in the microwave should do. Finish with a drizzle of the truffle oil.
Second Course - Preheat oven to 400F. Reheat chicken breast for 2 minutes. Meanwhile heat up veggies and broth either on the range or in the oven alongside the chicken. Do not boil or over reduce the broth as it will get salty and distort the flavor. If using a microwave, plate the veggies and broth, top with chicken and microwave at 30 second intervals until desired temperature. Finish with a drizzle of the sesame-chile oil.
Third Course - Warm chocolate cake in a 375 degree oven for 2 minutes. Plate and garnish with the caramel sauce, cocoa crunch & a drizzle of the anglaise.

Beverages will be available for purchase every Monday until midnight for delivery with the coming week's meal.
