Contra Supper Club Menu

First Course - Yuba, simmered mustard greens, tossed with garlic and shallot oil, and sautéed quickly with bamboo shoots and purple ninja radish

Second Course - Five spice simmered pork belly on top of jasmine rice, pickled mustard greens, a mushroom and tofu sauce is poured on top and fresh herbs to finish. The egg is cooked for an hour in a “tea braise”

Third Course - Bitter Almond Panna Cotta with caramel



First Course - salad should be enjoyed chilled, just above fridge temp.

Second Course - you will be able to microwave the whole bowl (please take out the fresh herbs), for 1 min. Or transfer to an oven safe dish and warm for 10 min at 250-300F. 

Third Course - served ready to enjoy :) 



First Course - peanuts, soy, allium

Second Course - soy, egg, allium, mushroom, pork

Third Course - dairy, treenut
