Second Course - Braised and Browned Tagine of Lamb with Apples, Apricots, and Prunes, Cous Cous on the Side

Third Course - Baklava - Flaky Phyllo Dough with Walnuts and Range Blossom Syrup

 Served with: 2 Za'atar Covered Pita Bread, and Spicy Harrisa Sauce on the Side

Second Course - Cover Lamb Tagine with foil and heat 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees (or Microwave Lamb Tagine for 2-3 minutes, conventional oven preferred)
